Acceptance of Terms — When Does the Agreement Take Effect?
Voluntary Consent
By accessing the winbt website or mobile platform, completing the registration form, or using any of our services, you are considered to have agreed to these terms and conditions. This agreement creates a legal obligation binding on both parties. Age & Eligibility Requirements

All information provided at registration must be truthful and accurate — winbt reserves the right to terminate any account found to have submitted false details. Single Account Policy
Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person, all accounts will be closed and any existing balance may be forfeited. If multiple members of the same household wish to use separate accounts from the same device or network, please contact winbt support in advance to have this confirmed.

Registration Process
To create an account on winbt, you will need to provide a valid email address or mobile number, a strong password, and your genuine personal information. Once registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation message. winbt may request identity documents or other verification materials at any time, and failure to respond to such a request may result in your account being restricted.
If you register with false information or fail to complete identity verification, winbt reserves the right to close that account at any stage.
Password & Login Security
Keep your password strictly confidential and never share it with anyone. winbt will never ask for your password by email or phone — if you receive such a request, contact our support team immediately. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password right away and reach out to the support team.
You are solely responsible for all activities carried out using your login credentials — including any misuse by a third party — unless you have already notified winbt of the unauthorized access.
Prohibited Activities
Fraudulent activity, automated betting via software, attempting to access another member's account, and any action that disrupts normal platform operations are all strictly prohibited on winbt. Bonus abuse, creating multiple accounts to claim promotional benefits, and using the platform for money laundering are equally prohibited.
If such activity is detected, the account in question will be immediately suspended or permanently closed, and legal action may be taken where necessary.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Winbt reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances: breach of terms and conditions, failure to complete identity verification, suspicious financial activity, or a court order. If an account is suspended, the user will be notified via email or mobile and will have the opportunity to appeal.
Users may also request account closure at any time. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.
What are the platform usage rules?

You are required to use a payment method registered in your own name — using someone else's card or mobile banking account is strictly prohibited. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), and the minimum deposit amount is listed on the relevant payment page.
Deposits are usually instant, though in some cases bank processing may take up to 24 hours.
Withdrawal Process
Your identity must be verified before you can submit a withdrawal request. Withdrawals are generally processed via the same payment method used for the deposit. All withdrawal requests go through winbt's verification process and are completed within 1 to 5 business days.
For suspicious transactions, winbt may request additional documentation and reserves the right to temporarily hold payments while an investigation is ongoing.

The winbt platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. winbt is not liable for any financial loss resulting from technical issues, server downtime, or internet connectivity disruptions. winbt also bears no responsibility for losses arising from users' own betting or gaming decisions.
If an unexpected technical error affects the outcome of any bet, winbt reserves the right to void that specific bet and refund the original stake.
Intellectual Property
All content on the winbt platform — including logos, designs, software, game interfaces, text, and graphics — is protected under the exclusive intellectual property rights of winbt or its licensors. Users may view this content for personal use only and may not reproduce, copy, or distribute it for any commercial purpose.
Winbt reserves the right to take legal action in the event of intellectual property infringement.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute between winbt and a user will first be addressed through negotiation and mediation. If mediation does not resolve the matter, it will be settled in the appropriate courts of Bangladesh.
If any part of these terms is declared unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Any delay by winbt in enforcing a particular term shall not be construed as a waiver of that term.
